You're a user who wants to see all your projects in your Dashboard.
Contact your CORE site admin. They'll need to make the change for you.
ADMIN
You're a CORE site admin and you want to enable certain dashboard users to see all their projects.
Package vs Production Dashboard
Package Dashboard shows only the projects for which a user has a package.
Production Dashboard shows all projects they have permission to see via the following:
View Access Rule
Edit Access Rule
Dashboard Settings
Are controlled in the user role
Dashboard defaults to Package
To change the Dashboard for a certain set of users, go into each role and make the change
If you want specific users to have a different dashboard than the rest of the users in their role, then make the change from the Rules Overrides tab in their user profile.
How to Change Dashboard Settings
For a User Role
Go to Role Info within the role
In Dashboard field, choose either Package or Production
Save
Select image to zoom
For an Individual User
Go to the user's profile
Select Rules Overrides tab
Make sure Access Override tab is selected
In Dashboard field, choose either Package or Production
Save
Select image to zoom.
