Performance and Experience Improvements
This build focused on processing performance improvements and bug fixes.
Implemented a solution to better handle Redis requests that should better manage and provide consistency with overall performance
Improved UI Performance in File Search
Load File Search
While files are still in progress of populating, go to another section
UI should load normally without appearing stuck or non-responsive
Bug Fixes and Technical Updates
Bug fix to improve processing of 3D model file types, where 3D files used to be detected as text files and were “converting” to PDFs causing processing backlogs for 3D files.
Upload a 3D file type
It should process normally and appear as a file with the correct 3D file extension
Box import bug fix where unknown file types would block importing of all other files.
Select a file in Box, such as an .exe or ARW file type
It should ingest into Core and appear in File Search
EPS files previously appearing as Docs should now appear as images
Open an EPS from 2016 or older.
It should be viewable as an image
