Number of Login Attempts Before Account Lock
Users will have 6 failed login attempts before their account is locked for 24 hours. This security measure is in place to protect accounts from unauthorized access.
Users can reset their password if needed.
Can Admins Remove the Account Lock?
Yes, admins have the ability to unlock user accounts. If a user’s account is locked due to failed login attempts, an admin can follow these steps to remove the account lock:
Log in to the admin portal.
Navigate to the User Management section.
Find the locked user in the list.
Select the user and click Unlock Account.
The account will be unlocked, allowing the user to attempt logging in again.
