  • Improved load times for categorization tags thanks to new optimized caching logic.

Reprocessing Updates

  • Fixed: Videos with no audio now playback correctly.

Package and Sharing Updates

  • Fixed: Asset group order within packages now remains consistent, even after navigating to individual assets and returning to the main package view

  • Fixed: Improved performance, smoother navigation, and faster loading times for viewing and scrolling through large packages, especially those with multiple asset groups containing over 100 files each.

  • Fixed: Adding files with numerous comments to packages is now significantly faster. Comment processing has been updated, preventing delays and improving overall responsiveness.

  • Fixed: The subject field in packages will no longer randomly disappear, ensuring consistent display of package information.

  • Fixed: Asset groups within packages now maintain their original order, even after navigating to individual assets and returning to the main package view. This eliminates unexpected sorting changes and ensures a consistent user experience.

  • Fixed: Users who received a re-shared package with updated download permissions to download source without watermark, can now download source files instead of the proxies.

Download Updates

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue that caused intermittent errors when downloading files as a zip. Zip downloads should now function consistently without errors.

Search Updates

  • Fixed: When deleting assets within a group, the "Delete" function now accurately removes only the assets that match the applied search or filter criteria. This allows for precise control over asset removal and prevents accidental deletion of the entire group.

User Related Updates

  • Fixed: Standard users with "Create User" permission can now add company, department, and position information when creating new users.

  • Fixed: Hotkeys for selecting user roles in the downloads filter are now working correctly. Users can again quickly and easily filter by user role without needing to manually type the full role name.

  • Fixed: The app now properly handles session expiration and prompts the user to log in again.

  • Fixed: Closed a permissions issue that allowed standard users to add files from view-only packages to their own packages, exceeding their intended access level.

Categorization Improvements

  • Renaming tag values with a large number of associated files is now faster. This optimization also applies to asset group re-indexing.

  • Fixed: Adding a new value to a multi-select tag field no longer removes existing values. You can now add multiple values to tags without losing previously selected options. This fix applies to both the "Edit metadata" interface and the upload panel.

  • Fixed: Tag renaming directly from the “Browse” breadcrumb section is working efficiently with no further Javascript errors.

  • Fixed: Removed an unnecessary pop-up message that appeared when editing asset metadata.

General Improvements and Updates

  • Fixed: Proxy files now accurately reflect the colors of their source files.

  • Fixed: Corrected typos on the MFA setup page for improved readability and clarity.

  • Fixed: Thumbnails are now correctly displayed for productions on the dashboard when the "Productions" type is selected.

  • Fixed: Resolved a console error in the Asset Viewer by updating a deprecated function.
