If you are using an iPad and would like to download files from Core, downloading via the Chrome browser is an option to use instead of using the mobile app.

Open the Chrome browser and type in the url of the Core login page. If you are asked to open the mobile app dismiss the prompt and login:

Click the download button on the package you want downloaded. This also applies to any files within a package, in File Search, or within the downloads Transfers page:

Choose your download options and click 'Download':

You will then need to go to 'Download Details' and click on the Zip button to initiate the Zip file download:

Confirm the download to your iPad:

And confirm the location that you would like to download. You can download in 'Downloads' to find the files easily later:

Open your downloads and click on the Zip file to unzip it:

You can then open the file for viewing:
