Asset Details displays all your files tags and details added by you or your team. It is accessible within the Asset or Package Viewer.

To open a file, group, or package's tags select the Asset Details icon anywhere you see it, including File Search.

Asset Details is different from File Info.

File Info shows the metadata that is embedded in the file when it was uploaded into CORE. Asset Details are all the tags applied during the ingest and editing process when a user works with a file(s) in CORE.
