This release brings together a broad set of quality and usability improvements across the review and sharing experience. This release strengthens Visitor Links POC on mobile and in the browser, makes package sharing and duplication more predictable, improves search stability and sort behavior, and resolves several account, tagging, processing, and administration issues reported through client workflows.
Visitor Links & Guest Portal
Mobile guest links open in the browser more reliably - Visitor Links now keep guests in the browser portal instead of intermittently showing an app-opening flow; expired links are routed to the portal's expired-link experience.
Improved the mobile Visitor Link experience - The mobile guest portal has been refined across the playlist, player, and approvals experience for easier review on smaller screens.
Clearer end-of-playlist navigation - The forward navigation control is now disabled and visibly grayed out on the final asset so reviewers can immediately tell they have reached the end of the playlist.
Playlists open at the asset currently being viewed - Opening the playlist from the player now positions and highlights the current file instead of returning reviewers to the top of the list.
Guest identity is shown in file history - Visitor Link file history now records the guest user's identifying information instead of leaving the user field blank.
Visitor Links keep recipients in the guest experience - Registered users who open a Visitor Link are now directed to the external guest portal as intended, including when the sender is also a recipient.
More consistent mobile playlist controls - Mobile layout changes improve the reliability and visibility of the View Playlist control during guest review.
Improved fullscreen viewing on mobile browsers - The guest portal fullscreen experience has been updated for mobile viewing, with better behavior for video, images, and document-based content.
Visitor Link views are captured in asset history - Opening assets through a Visitor Link now generates the viewed event used by file history and audit tracking.
Packages & Sharing
Limited users no longer see controls they cannot use - Users with restricted access no longer see an option to remove other recipients from packages when they do not have permission to do so.
More guidance when choosing package options - Tooltips have been added for recipient, view-only, and download settings so users can understand sharing choices before sending.
Duplicated packages appear immediately in the workflow - After duplicating a package, users are taken directly to the new package and can see its processing state without manually refreshing the Inbox.
Search & Performance
File Search remembers sorting separately for grouped and ungrouped views - Sorting choices are now preserved independently for Group On and Group Off modes, preventing one view from unexpectedly changing the other.
Improved File Search stability - Search-related memory and performance handling has been tightened to reduce browser instability during browsing and result loading.
Tags, Processing & Administration
Large-format PDFs generate thumbnails more reliably - PDF thumbnail processing has been updated to better handle unusually large page dimensions that previously displayed an error image even when the PDF itself processed successfully.
Artist credit edits return the correct assigned values - Tag queries now ignore orphaned tag keys that could crowd out valid artist-credit values and make existing selections appear missing during later edits.
Unused artist credits and tag values can be removed - Tag values that are no longer referenced by assets can now be deleted successfully, while values still in use continue to be protected.
Tag Structure dropdowns remain visible at the bottom of the page - Additional layout space prevented the final tag-field dropdown from being clipped when administrators add or manage tag fields. More space has been added for improved visibility.
Tag Structure delete controls match what can actually be removed - The protected File Info group no longer shows a delete icon, while empty removable tag groups expose the delete control correctly.
Accounts & Access
Password reset completion is more reliable - The password creation flow after a reset no longer blocks affected users with a prior-password-verification error.
Login handling is more resilient to environment configuration issues - Authentication logic has been hardened so a backend configuration problem is less likely to prevent users from completing the login flow.
