In this article:
1. Click on "Forgot username or password?"
If you've forgotten your username or password, click Forgot username or password? link on the Login page.
2. Email Me
Enter your email address and click Email Me.
You'll receive an email at the address you entered. The email will contain your username.
3. Get Username Only
If you know your password, and just needed your username, DO NOT click on:
Click this link to reset your password.
Delete the email and you can continue to login with the same username and password.
4. Continue With Password Reset
To continue to reset your password, click on the link in the email. It'll open to your CORE site where you'll be prompted to enter a new password. For security reasons, you must submit your new password within 300 seconds. Your password must meet all listed requirements.
As you type, the requirements will update. Once all password requirements hare met, click Submit
After reseting your password, you'll receive a confirmation email that your password has been changed.
