SSO Users:

If you login with SSO, please contact your site administrator.

All Other Users:

If you reset your password and haven't received an email, do the following:

  1. Check your spam

  2. Check your filters

    • Make sure you don't have a filter on your email that would direct the email notice somewhere in your folders or labels

  3. Trying resetting your password again.

    • We know you rarely make mistakes πŸ˜‰, but it's possible you accidentally mistyped it the first time.

  4. How long has it been since you last logged in?

    • If it's been a while, check with your site administrator to verify that your account wasn't deactivated or deleted.

  5. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.

  6. If your password reset still hasn't arrived, contact CORE support.
