CORE offers the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) login option to provide additional security. Users can now request an MFA reset from the interface.

This reset button appears on MFA enabled accounts.
7.2 MFA Reset Overview
Users will see a helpful link at the bottom of their MFA login experience.
Selecting this link prompts an MFA Reset Request. If OK, the user will be copied on email reset request to the defined admins listed in the site config.
Responding to an MFA Reset Request
When Request MFA Reset is selected:
An email message goes out to a group of Site Admins who can reset the users MFA .
It is up to the administrator to manually reset the MFA code from the user's profile.
The user will not automatically receive a notification that that reset was completed, so its up the the administrator to inform the user that their MFA code has been reset.
Updating Admin Notification Group
To update the list of admin users that receive the MFA reset email:
Submit an email to [email protected]
Include the names and emails of the admins who should be on the notification group
