When Request MFA Reset is selected:

  1. An email message goes out to a group of Site Admins who can reset the users MFA .

  2. It is up to the administrator to manually reset the MFA code from the user's profile.

  3. The user will not automatically receive a notification that that reset was completed, so its up the the administrator to inform the user that their MFA code has been reset.
