Email invitation
When added to Core, you will receive an email containing a link to set up your account.
Note: if you are accessing CORE through one of the apps, you must log in via the browser first to activate your account.
Account Setup
The email link will direct you to an account setup page.
Enter your new password
Accept Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Select Create Account button
You will be redirected to your Core main page. This could be a Dashboard, Inbox, or File Search directory.
Sites with Email Verification
Verify your email address
If email verification is required to set up your account; you will be sent a link via email once you accept the terms & conditions and submit your credentials.
If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam first. Otherwise, select the “Resend email” link.
Verification Email
Please click on the link in the email.
You will see a notification on the login page once the verification is completed.
Logging in
Enter your username and password. And, click Login.
If site admins require MFA, you will be asked to setup your MFA. See Login with MFA (Multi-factor authentication) for more information.
If no MFA is required, you will be redirected to your Core main page. This could be a Dashboard, Inbox, or File Search directory.
