If you have permission to download assets, you'll see a download icon on your package or files in File Search. Even if you have permission to download, some packages may be restricted to View Only.

1. To download your files, select the download icon.

2. If you have options to choose file specifications on your download, make your selections.

3. You may be prompted to download the Aspera Connect plugin and extension if you haven't already.

4. When complete select the Download button at the bottom of the page.
