Track Status in Core
Updated over a year ago

CORE has a special set of tags known as status tags. Status tags are typically used to manage the status of an asset through its approval process.

For example,

  • The legal department may need to mark something as "approved", "on hold" or "copyright problem".

  • While the art department might choose between "approved", "rejected", or "pending".

Status tags are also special because they can be configured with customized color codes. These color codes represent different phases in the approval process and will be displayed in file view.

Add or Remove Columns

List mode will not always show status fields by default. The blue gear in the upper right allows for customizing of columns. Check the columns that you would like to have appear and uncheck the ones you do not need.

In the example below, "Create Date" is to be removed while "Creative Status" and "Legal Status" will be added.
