CORE has a special set of tags known as status tags. Status tags are typically used to manage the status of an asset through its approval process.
For example,
The legal department may need to mark something as "approved", "on hold" or "copyright problem".
While the art department might choose between "approved", "rejected", or "pending".
Status tags are also special because they can be configured with customized color codes. These color codes represent different phases in the approval process and will be displayed in file view.

Click the List Mode icon.
The assets and their categories will be displayed like this. Note the gear in the upper right. Select this to "Customize Columns".
Add or remove tag columns to see your desired statuses (see section below)
Add or Remove Columns
List mode will not always show status fields by default. The blue gear in the upper right allows for customizing of columns. Check the columns that you would like to have appear and uncheck the ones you do not need.
In the example below, "Create Date" is to be removed while "Creative Status" and "Legal Status" will be added.
After you click the blue save button, list mode will show the new columns. However, desired columns may not be next to each other by default.
Reordering Columns
Columns can be reordered. Click the blue gear again and open the columns menu. Hover the mouse next to the checked columns. This reveals a move button. Click and drag the columns into a new order.
Once saved, the columns will appear in the desired order.
