Yes, you can create a Distribution list (also known as a User List) in CORE.
A distribution list allows you to quickly share files or comments with multiple people at once.
Both Admin and Standard users in CORE can create a User List for distribution. Standard users can only create private User Lists, which means only you and people you share your User list with will have the ability to use this distribution list when sharing packages. It will not be visible to anyone else. Public User Lists created only by Admins are available to all CORE users.
Here are the steps on how to create a Distribution list:
Click on the Users icon (located on the left navigation panel) to open Users module
To navigate to User Lists menu, click on the User Lists icon located at the top of the page
To create a new User List, click on the green +New User List button located at top right corner of the page, and a new User List menu will appear on the page
In the blank list form:
Give a name to your new User List by typing the name into the List Name field. It's recommended to name it something descriptive, so that it's easy to identify later.
Under Usage section, make sure the Distribution box is checked. This step lets the system know that this list will be used for distribution, and this list will be available as an option in Recipients field when sharing a package or a comment. The Watermark option will create a user list that you can use when you create a download job with everyone on the list's individual watermark shown on the content for the download. You can check either or both boxes in this step.
Access section will show that this list is Private as a default option. Only Admin users have the ability to update this option.
Click on Save List button located at the bottom of the page to save your options
Now you can add members to your new distribution list. Click on +Add Users button at the bottom of the page.
You can search for names by typing in either first or last name of the User in Search Users field.
Click on Save List to save your selections
That's it! Your new list is ready to be used in package shares and comments!
