On iPhone/Ipad using the App getting this error.

Delete the client and re-add. In the App select the green + sign at login screen.

On the client in question right swipe, you will see 'Remove' option in red. Once removed, re-add by selecting 'Add Client Name' at bottom of screen and entering the Client name.
