Problem:
An editor uploaded some files but for some reason didn’t categorize the files. We have searched and can’t find them….are you able to tell where in Core the following files posted?
Solution:
Any uncategorized files can be found in the Transfers page under Uploads.
Go to Transfers.
Select Uploads.
If needed, filter by your editor user.
If you are a Core Admin or an Uploads Manager, you have the ability to see the Editor's uploads and can filter by the user.
If you cannot see other users in Transfers, contact your Admin.
Look for the upload with the "requires categorization link" under the number of files.
You can also filter further by selecting the Pending Categorization sub-tab which will show all uncategorized uploads.
Select the Details button on the right.
This will open the list of files with their file names and thumbnails, as well as the tag editor where files can be categorized.
