Big Batch 2 delivers a broad set of fixes across everyday Core workflows, with particular focus on sharing, user and access management, tagging, asset discovery, downloads, and interface reliability. The release addresses a number of issues identified through both client use and internal QA, improving consistency, reducing confusing or blocked actions, and making common administrative and content workflows more dependable.
Packages, Sharing & Recipients
Package re-sharing now applies updated permissions
Re-sharing an existing package from the Inbox now uses the correct sharing workflow so updated permissions, including download options, are applied to recipients.
Recipients Panel presentation is more consistent
Sent dates now follow the same format as other recipient activity dates, with small visual refinements to search and clear controls.
Share dialog stays closed after sharing
After completing a share and closing the dialog, the share window no longer unexpectedly reopens.
Asset Search, Viewer & Categorization
Asset selection stays consistent across views
Selections in the Asset Viewer now remain synchronized when switching between thumbnail and list modes.
List sorting responds to ascending and descending changes
Asset Viewer list results now update correctly when users toggle sort direction.
Categorization errors are readable in light theme
Error notifications shown while editing categorization are now easier to read when the light theme is enabled.
Newly added categorization values can be found
Search behavior has been corrected so values added during categorization can be found as expected.
File Search navigation remains available after profile updates
The File Search icon no longer disappears from the navigation after changing a user watermark or last name and signing back in.
Users, Profiles & Access
Profile image deletion no longer shows an undefined error
Deleting a profile image now presents the required authentication prompt without an unrelated “Undefined error” notification.
Deleted SSO users no longer receive an access-granted email
Removing an SSO-managed user no longer triggers a misleading email saying that the user’s account has been fully enabled.
User Roles loading indicator clears correctly
The loading indicator on the User Roles page now disappears when loading is complete without requiring mouse movement.
CSV user import succeeds after authorization
CSV imports no longer fail with a “File field is required” message on the first attempt after password authorization.
User search does not show Select All when there are no results
The Select All control is now hidden or unavailable when a user search returns no matching users.
User list loads more reliably
The Users page now handles intermittent cases where user list data failed to load.
Profile photo upload works when creating a user
The profile photo control now opens the file selection flow when creating a new user.
Updated profile icons appear immediately
After saving a new profile image, the updated icon is reflected in the interface without requiring an additional refresh.
Session timeouts provide clearer feedback
When a session expires while the browser is focused outside Core, open Core tabs now provide the expected auto-logout context instead of silently returning users to login.
Authorized standard users can delete users as expected
User deletion now checks the appropriate edit-level permission so standard users with the required rights are not incorrectly blocked.
Tags & Administration
Franchise descriptive values can be deleted correctly
An issue affecting deletion of Franchise descriptive values within the Production tag structure has been corrected.
Saving tag key restrictions no longer times out on the first attempt
Updates to tag key restrictions now complete without requiring a second save after an initial timeout.
Tag restriction changes include a data-loss warning
Administrators now receive a clear warning before changing tag key restrictions when the change could remove unused tag values that would need to be recreated.
Access Rules load tag values more efficiently
Tag-value loading in Access Rules has been improved to reduce unnecessary load and better handle failed requests.
Department administration loads data on demand
The Departments admin page now requests additional paginated results as users scroll instead of loading all department pages immediately.
Nested tag values save correctly in Asset Details
An issue that prevented new values from being saved in nested tag fields within Asset Details has been corrected.
Downloads & Archive
Mixed downloads correctly trigger archive retrieval
When a download combines source files with watermarked files, archived source assets now trigger retrieval correctly and can be tracked through the expected workflow.
ZIP downloads initiate only once
Downloading an Inbox package as a ZIP no longer triggers multiple duplicate download requests or repeated save-location prompts.
